Masterconcept has designed the master plan for the St.Petersburg ski- and leisure mountain park "Okhtapark".

The project includes a ski- & snowboard mountain as well as an Alpine village with shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also a 120 room 4*Spa- & Conference hotel with weekend chalets is part of the 10ha property.

The realization starts in summer 2012, still operating in parallel the winter resort.

Masterconcept was responsible for Sochi Airport people flow simulations and the landside transport master plan of the Airport precinct. The report of the 3rd stage of the partnership between Basel Aero and Masterconcept has been delivered in April 2012.
