Masterconcept has won the Ukraine State Enterprise “Olylmpic Hope – 2022” tender to develop the Mountain Touristic Resort Borzhava (Ukrainian Karpaty) which is planned to be an integral part of the Olympic Winter Games bid 2022 of Lviv.
The Masterconcept mountain expert team has already visited the site and a first feasibility study will be conducted until the end of October this year. The region proved to be ideal for skiing, as well as all year mountain tourism and Ukraine is a promising domestic market where in 2020 a 15-20% middle class is expected which will be potential guests for the resort. Also the planned Olympic bidding commitment will leverage the development of the region.
