Moscow Istra Lake Sport & Leisure Resort
MC is one of the design teams for the Sport & Leisure Resort at Istra Lake outside of Moscow.
The project, under the umbrella of the Hyatt Group, is located at a wonderful beachfront land plot surrounded by pristine nature. The concept foresees a 300-room hotel, villa and apart resort with a state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports centre. Furthermore numerous sports activity & entertainment facilities are planned for hotel guests as well as for external guests residing in the region.
Masterconcept's role was to design all non-hotel related facilities including recommendations to landscape and logistic solutions.
Ski resort, Sports- & Tourism Joint Venture is signed with Bejing based J&Y Holding
The 2-year partnership with the J&Y Holding Group, one of the largest Gold & Diamond Trading corporations of China, has peaked in the signature of a multi-million investment contract that will be dedicated to skiing, sport and tourism in Salzburg.
As Masterconcept is the leading master planning firm to develop the largest ski resort of Beijing this step of the Chinese partner to invest in Austria should balance the relation in the other direction. Being the majority shareholder of the Salzburg Ski Resort Gaissau Hintersee we plan to establish a sports & tourism program for Asian athletes and guests. The group has also recently acquired the 100-bed hotel Alparella Vital Resort in Adnet near Salzburg, which will serve as the base for international high performance athletes.
